- Hoy Super Compra (2014–2021): Owned full IT stack for retail with 5 points of sale and 300–1,000 daily users, building internal analytics platform for purchasing, pricing, inventory, and marketing decisions.
- POSTEGRAM (2021–2024): Architected network + zero-trust security for 50+ IoT devices and web platform serving ~200 concurrent daily users per hotspot, with strong uptime and zero critical security incidents.
